Delivery
After a successful payment, WooCommerce provides a protected download link for the digital product through the order-confirmation page and the customer account when an account is used. If you have trouble accessing a file, contact us through the Contact page.
License to use
Purchasing a product gives the buyer the right to use the file and included templates in personal and professional work. You may not resell the original file, republish it in full, or distribute it as a standalone product to others.
Refunds and access problems
If you are charged twice, the file is corrupted, or you cannot access the product and we are unable to resolve the problem, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed based on the order status, circumstances, and applicable law. This policy does not limit any consumer rights provided by law.
Payments
When card payments are enabled, payment information is processed by the approved payment provider, such as Stripe. TechAI does not store full card numbers on its server.
Updates
We may improve digital products or release new versions. Any free or paid update will be stated on the product page. Future updates should not be assumed unless we explicitly say they are included.
