Digital products and automated services
TechAI sells digital downloads and automated digital services. Because digital files and generated reports can be delivered or processing can begin immediately after payment, completed digital delivery is generally not refundable simply because the buyer changes their mind.
When to contact us
If you are charged but the purchased file or automated result is not delivered, or the delivered product is materially different from its description, contact TechAI through the Contact page with your order number. We will review the order and first attempt to correct or complete the delivery. Where required by applicable law, eligible refunds remain available.
Duplicate charges
If the same order is charged more than once, contact us so the duplicate payment can be reviewed.

Please review the product description, included files or deliverables, price, and requirements before payment. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
